Miki Bio and Website

 

A Jamaica Queens, New York native, Miki Holiday studied television and film at the New York Institute of Technology, where she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Her past media experience includes working as a news assistant for the NBC television show "Today in New York" and as a distribution assistant for Women Make Movies. Miki wrote, directed, and produced the short drama "Stolen Love" an official selection in several film festivals, "Street Crossing", which was broadcast on the nationally syndicated program "African American Short Films" and "Batina's World", a quarter finalist in the 2013 NEXTV Web Series and TV Competition.  Miki also was a writer and producer on the feature film "Those People" which is distributed by Shami Media. Miki is the owner of LeiZure FIlms and often collaborates with  B.U.M. Productions, producing narrative and documentary content.
